Tickets of every kind can be bought from travel agencies in town or from the "Boat Ticket Booking Office" (which is often considerably cheaper). This office is open daily from 7:00-11:30am &12:30-6:00pm). Address: at the corner of Jinling Road (East) and the Bund. The office has no English sign, but the entrance is opposite the CITS booking office. The tickets for the coastal routes are sold downstairs . Prices are quite low because there are no surcharges for foreigners. A few examples of first-class fares: Dalian 256 yuan, Qingdao 206 yuan, Ningbo 117 yuan, Mount Putuo 132 yuan, Wenzhou 176 yuan and Mawei (for Fuzhou) 320 yuan.
