Shanghai train


Shanghai is an important hub in China’s rail network. There are daily trains to many destinations such as: Xian, Beijing, Kunming, Guilin, Qingdao, Hong Kong, Nanjing, Suzhou and Hangzhou.

Shanghai Railway Station

The largest railway station near the center of the city. The taxi’s can be find on the lower level of the train station. The airport buses go from the station to Pudong airport and Hongqiao Airport. Many local buses stop at the South Square or the North Square of the station. Line 1 of Shanghai’s metro network begins and ends at the train terminal. This line passes major stations like Peoples Square, Xujiahui, and Shanghai Stadium.
